We want you to love your Missoma pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify.

Package Your Items
Place your jewelry back into its original Missoma box and secure it inside the shipping mailer, ensuring all protective layers are included.
Affix the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to a designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
