Our pieces are handcrafted using high-quality materials including 18ct gold vermeil, 18ct gold plating on sterling silver, and solid 14ct gold. We use ethically sourced gemstones and recycled metals wherever possible.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. We also offer Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 3pm GMT, Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, every Missoma piece comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
How should I care for my gold vermeil jewelry?
To keep your jewelry shining, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your pieces in their original pouch and gently clean them with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
